The large mosaic project for Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church in Plyouth Minnesota is coalescing week by week. The largest part of the installation, the burnt wood cross, which will be a permanant fixture in the chancel, is finished and temporarily installed in the Center for Liturgical Art's main studio. In the mean time we will continue to work on the eight seperate mosaic inserts that fit in the middle of the larger cross. Below, you can see one unfinished insert being hung on a cleat in the middle of the cross.
